If your Buds-Sports bike travel bag or case is damaged due to circumstances outside of a manufacturing defect, we’ve got your back! Simply reach out to our customer service team with:
- The details of the incident
- Photos of the damaged product
- Your original receipt or proof of purchase
We’ll evaluate your case and offer a discount of up to 50% on a replacement product, depending on the damage and situation.

Measure your bike dimensions to make sure it your bike fits inside the bag perfectly. The seat height might need to be adjusted depending of your bike.
1. Shipping
1.1 Shipping information
The storage and the shipping are made by LG SPORTS INC., in MIAMI, FL.
It usually takes 1-2 business days to ship the orders. After the order is shipped, the delivery is covered by the carrier.
We can't be taken responsible for a late delivery if the order as been shipped on time.
1.2 Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the delivery method chosen.
2. Returns
2.1 Return due to change of mind
LG SPORT INC. will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
LG SPORT INC. will refund the value of the goods returned (if they are unused and in resellable condition) but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
- Restocking fees will be applied, from $9.90 to $29.90 depending on the item(s)
- Additional fees will be applied, from 5% to 100% depending on damages on packaging or products
2.2 Warranty returns
LG SPORT INC. will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect LG SPORT INC. to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
- (a) refund to your payment method
- (b) a refund in store credit
- (c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
- Restocking fees will be applied, from $9.90 to $29.90 depending on the item(s)
- Additional fees will be applied, from 5% to 100% depending on damages on packaging or products

Originally bought the bag to transport my BMX Cruiser bike (24" XL) after being tired of taking the bike apart to tightly fit it into a golf bag.
This new bag allows me to fit the complete bike, with minimal disassembly which includes both wheels on, and only having to remove the handle bar. It has additional room to fit a second bike when you remove the pedals. The bags is well made, with good padding, handles and rollers. Very happy with the quality of the product, and pleasantly surprised of its size for my application. Cheers
