The term TSA approved applies only to locks and padlocks used to secure luggage. It ensures that TSA officers can open and re-lock your bag with a master key during inspection, without damaging your lock or luggage.

Wish it had wheels, even just on one side

It is too heavy to comfortably balance on my shoulder and pull my regular suitcase, and it is too wide to ride on a luggage cart without hitting the doors on elevators at the airport and the hotel. If it had wheels on one end I could have pulled it. Otherwise it worked well, bike was protected without issue.

MTB Travel - Great, Fulfillment - Error, Service - Good, but Chat only is too slow

Bag Rating = 4+. Order Quality & Customer Experience = 3.
Overall = 3 because of customer experience.
The product performed as expected and offered at a very competitive price when compared to similar bag priced higher at $500+ to $1000, albeit those have wheels.
Second, I received the Road Bag in error because of a fulfillment error. Additionally, I was informed the Road Bag is functionally identical to the MTB Bag; however, the Road Bag does NOT include a handle bar protector. The issue was corrected after I had departed; however, Benjamin at Buds-Sports shipped me the MTB Bag to my arrival destination, correctly.
Third, Customer Service communication via chat and email was delayed and slow because of time zone differences, i.e., 8 to 12 hours. All of this delay and frustration could have been mitigated if Buds-Sports has a phone number for Customer Service for these order-shipping errors.
Lastly, I would still recommend purchasing the MTB bag for air travel because the bag performed as advertised and my MTB arrived perfectly without damage. Bag Rating = 4+. Order Quality & Customer Experience = 3. Overall = 3 because of customer experience.
One final recommendation, please improve your packing videos and instructions to demonstrate how to secure the handle bars with the velcro attachment.

I like it. Would love to have an internal pocket or a tie down so other stuff I want to ship can be fastened so they aren't loose.

And I wish I had paid more attention to how the box folded up into it's carrying bag. I still need to put mine away and I'm not sure how the origami will work.

I used this cover for a trip to Sicily by plane.
I installed a 29" enduro mountain bike in size L, which fits but it's preferable to remove the handlebars anyway, especially if they measure over 750 mm.
There's plenty of padding, and the fork and front wheel are well protected by the fork mount and pannier.
A large shoulder strap makes it easy to carry, and a cart is required for airport transfers.
The bike suffered no shocks during transport.

I come back from germany and I used this model for airtravel. No damages. easy to put inside with only front wheel to remove. just not easy to put the PE board inside (on is more easy).what else for the price ?

It’s a souple bag but quite thick. You can put more carton if you want more protection. Just the front wheel to remove is perfect. The rear wheel is a good protection for the entire rear of the bike. I don't need to move the handlebars also (velo L and Hdb 78). Very good quality for the price! 👍
